Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you should find the shipped product(s) unsatisfactory, you may return the product(s) within 15 days of receipt for purchase price credit minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. Please fill out the Return Form and a copy of the original Receipt enclosed in your package and include them with your returned item.

The product(s) must be returned in excellent unused condition including all hangtags.  We do not accept returns of worn or customer-damaged items. If an item is returned that is not in excellent condition, we will not accept the return.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

With the exception of shipping errors, fitnessfashions.com does not refund or credit shipping and handling fees for returns.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we recieve them, but the money will be credited to your account at the discretion of your credit card company, it is out of our hands after our processing is finished. This applies to exchanges as well.

Exchange Policy

In the event of an exchange, as a one-time courtesy, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new merchandise to you. However, you must pay to ship the returned item to us.

To reiterate, this offer is one time only, meaning that you will be responsible for all postage for any further exchanges.

Once a returned item is recieved and processed, expect your new item(s) to arrive within 5-10 business days if the items that you would like to exchange for are in stock. If they are not in stock, refer to our shipping times below.

for a return authorization use your order number. For your protection, we suggest that you return your package insured by UPS or USPS. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or packages.

Shipping Rates

We ship only USPS Priority Mail to states in the USA. Priority Mail is a flat rate of $5.15 for a bag. We will ship the item within 2 business days of when the order was made, and shipping time for Priority Mail is 3-5 additional business days.

Shipping rates include packaging, insurance and delivery. Generally, these charges are not reimbursable. As previously stated, we pay for shipping in two instances:

1. On orders $99 or more placed in the United States.

2. In the case of an exchange, we pay to send you the new item, but not for you to send back the unwanted item. Offer once per original purchase.

For orders on items which are out of stock, shipping time will be as follows:

One Step Ahead- Expect your item within two weeks.

KOS*USA-Expect your item within a week, subject to availability.

Bia Brazil-Expect your item in two weeks to a month,when landed in the United States.

Margarita Activewear-Generally does not ship if out of stock.
