Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you should find the shipped product(s) unsatisfactory, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt for purchase price credit minus the shipping cost. Returns received after 30 days will be issued a store credit. Please fill out the Return Form and a copy of the original Receipt enclosed in your package and include them with your returned item.

The product(s) must be returned in excellent unused condition including all hang tags. We do not accept returns of worn or customer-damaged items. If an item is returned that is not in excellent condition, we will not accept the return and we will not be responsible for return shipping cost.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are from One Step Ahead that we have custom made for you!. does not refund or credit shipping and handling fees for returns.

Please note:

If you purchase items that requires “brand and dollar amount to be spent” and you fall below the threshold when returning merchandise, you will no longer receive the discount given. 

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive them, but the money will be credited to your account at the discretion of your credit card company, it is out of our hands after our processing is finished. This applies to exchanges as well.

Exchange Policy

In the event of an exchange, as a one-time courtesy, excluding SALE ITEMS we will cover the shipping cost in the U.S.A. ONLY to send the new merchandise to you. However, you must pay to ship the returned item to us. We suggest for you to keep tracking number for your records.

(Out of the country shipping is not covered by this policy.)

Once a returned item is received and processed, expect your new item(s) to arrive within 5-10 business days if the items that you would like to exchange for are in stock. If they are not in stock, refer to our shipping times below.
