What it is: Cotton is a natural woven fabric with a ribbed texture.
Washing instructions: Always wash cotton inside-out in cold water. Do not use bleach. Dry flat or hang to dry.
Wearability: Cotton retains moisture and doesn’t dry quickly, so it is not recommended for your serious workouts. Cotton fades over time so follow the washing instructions carefully to keep your cottons looking good. Cotton usually shrinks in length rather than width. If you don’t want your pants too short, don’t ever put them in the dryer.
What it is: This blend is half natural fibers (50% cotton) and half man-made fibers (50% polyester).
Washing instructions: Wash this blend inside-out in cool water. Do not use bleach and avoid using the dryer. Drip dry for the longest possible life since the dryer tends to create a “balling” effect on the fabric over time.
Wearability: This blend usually holds its shape well through time (no saggy knees or rear ends). Great for kickboxing, lounging or running to the market. In terms of fading, its very slow and shrinkage is usually only in the length.
What it is: This synthetic fabric is 100% polyester. It is woven with little holes for ventilation.
Washing instructions: Wash in cold water and drip dry. Do not use bleach. Because this fabric is 100% polyester, after the spin cycle, the garment will almost be dry.
Wearability: This fabric will never fade or shrink. Mesh is great to wear in the Spring and Summer. It keeps you cool while it provides protection from the sun.

Washing instructions: Wash in cold water and hang to dry. Do not use bleach. This fabric is prone to pilling if you put it in the dryer.

What it is: This fabric is a blend of 88% cotton and 12% lycra. The lycra provides a 4-way stretch that enable the garment to move any way that you do.
Washing instructions: Wash inside-out in cold water and hang to dry. Do not use bleach. Keeping this fabric out of the dryer prolongs the garment’s life.
Wearability: This fabric is great for all workouts and doesn’t shrink or fade much.
What it is: This fabric is a blend of 86% supplex and 14% lycra. This 100% synthetic fabric has no shine and has been brushed for a very soft feel.
Washing instructions: Wash inside out in cool water. Do not use bleach. You can use a cool dryer or just hang to dry.
Wearability: This fabric never fades or shrinks. It is as soft as butter and wicks moisture away from the body quickly. Use for all types of workouts and as street wear too.
What it is: This fabric is a blend of 88% tactel (nylon) and 12% lycra. This 4-way stretch fabric has a slight sheen and provides great support.
Washing instructions: Wash inside-out in cool water. Do not use bleach. You can use a cool dryer or just hang to dry.
Wearability: This fabric never fades or shrinks and wears like iron. It holds its shape for the life of the garment. Because of the synthetic fibers, this fabric dries very quickly. Tactel can be used for all workouts.
What it is: This fabric is made from 92% Polimide and 8% lycra. It never shrinks, fades, or loses it shape! The fabric is a 4-way stretch Supplex, which means it can stretch up to 400%.
Washing instructions: Machine wash inside-out in cold water. Do not ever use bleach. Drip dry or lay flat to dry.
Wearability:It’s 100% synthetic, so it wicks away moisture and dries quickly. Great for exercising! Whether you’re doing yoga, kettle bells, zumba or weight training, this is great fabric!
What it is: Dye sublimation heat transfer printing is a process that allows prints to be transferred into the fibers of a fabric. Superior to screen printing, sublimated dye penetrates deep into the threads of the fabric, allowing for the same breathablility as unprinted fabric. This process is ideal for workout wear due to the suffocating nature of screen printing on sweat-wicking fabrics. Sublimation ink, when heated, becomes a gas that can be trapped in the pores of the clothing item, effectively making the ink a part of the garment.
Washing instructions: Machine wash inside-out in cold water. Do not ever use bleach. Do not iron. Drip dry or lay flat to dry.
Wearability: Sublimation is a process which is only possible on synthetic fabrics. Any item which is dye sublimated will be sweat-wicking, breathable and durable – perfect for your workout.
